Will my order be discreetly packaged?
All our products are dispatched in plain, protective envelopes. We purposely avoid attaching any stationery with our logo or name to the exterior of the envelope.
Do I need to be home to sign for it?
No, most of our products will fit through your letterbox, so will not need anyone to be home. If you have ordered products that may not fit through your letterbox and you are not home in at the time of delivery, Royal Mail will leave a notice to inform you that your product can be collected at your local sorting office.
